Import photos to custom folder

I have used lightroom (windows) for years and my photos are arranged in a structure d:\all photos\year month ie d:\all photos\2005 12
on older versions I used a file called "TranslatedStrings.txt" in c:\program files\adobe\adobe lightroom classic\resources\en.

In the file was
"$$$/AgImportDialog/ShootArrangement_6/Label=By date: 2005 12"
"$$$/AgImportDialog/ShootArrangement_6/Template=%Y %m"

This no longer works, could someone please tell me how I can continue using my old file structure.
