Import window not ignoring duplicates when importing.

Hi all,

I often shoot tethered, leaving the origina filename on the files. When I try and import some files from the same card that did not get imported during tethering shoot (it happens often as the connection gets lost) I import them  clicking on the "Don't Import Syspected Duplicates" and it does not deted any, despite the filenames, time of shoot and filesize being the same. 

It's never an issue if I import one wntired shoot at different stages from the same card, but when the images have been tethered, it never detects them.

It would be very useful for this to work as it's always odd random files that don't make it to the catalogue due to connection issues.

* Using ADobe Classic 12.5 on macOS Ventura* I've had the same issue in older versions as well.
