Hello,
I replied to you once, but the email bounced back, address unknown.

Regarding my problem: Lightroom Classic. I keep getting "Preview files unavailable" messages; it started suddenly. I've been using Lightroom for a long time without any problems, I don't understand it at all. I have plenty of space on my hard drives, I never move my files and folders, so it's a mystery. None of the solutions suggested online worked.
Finally, exasperated, I resorted to a workaround: I uninstalled and reinstalled Lightroom, and I deleted all the catalogs.
It's working again, but I don't know what happened.

Sincerely, Jacques
