Imported photos FROM HD. BUT LRC synced the same photos from my phone

Hi All, 

I am stuck on what to do...

• I manually copied 100 ish DNG photos from my iPhone to a folder in Windows 10 and EDITED them yesterday.
• Today my iphone LRM synced the same photos to LRC and now I have 2 sets.
• 100 Edited in folder "a" and 100 not edited in a synced sub folder "b" of LRC sync.
• Can they be merged? I want the edited photos to sync and the non to go away.

I hope that makes sense.
