Imported to LR but now I can't find them?

Hello all,

I am MAJORLY freaking out. I took my brothers wedding pictures in November. I Imported into LR from the camera the next day. The day After I look through them, edited a few with presets and uploaded them to Facebook.  I had to work away for a few months and when I came back to finish editing them they were all gone. Everything I have uploaded before and after is there but those ones are missing, including the edited ones which I always export to desktop. I have no Idea what happened and they don't seem to even be on my computer. I have tried the "find missing pictures" button and it says there are none missing. I don't even see the file name anywhere. Any ideas?? I am working with a Mac desktop
