Importierte Fotos auf neue SSD verschieben

Question

Hallo!Im Netz lese ich zu dieser Frage verschiedene Antworten - bis hin zu Chaos im LrC-Katalog. Daher zur Sicherheit eine konkrete Frage:Ausgangslage: MacBook Air M2, LrC, LrC-Katalog auf der internen SSD, importierte Fotos auf einer externen 2TB-SSD, fast alle Fotos in LrC entwickelt bzw. bearbeitet und mit Stichwörtern versehen.Da der Platz auf der externen 2TB-SSD langsam knapp wird, habe ich mir eine neue 4TB-SSD zugelegt.Frage: Ich würde gerne alle Fotos auf die neue 4TB-SSD verschieben und meine Entwicklungen, Bearbeitungen und Stichwörter in LrC behalten. Ordnerstruktur auf der neuen 4TB-SSD soll ident sein mit jener der alten 2TB-SSD. Geht das und wenn ja, wie? Lg, Peter.

Do a copy and not a move to the 4TB SSD in your operating system. Follow the instructions in "Part 2 — Updating Folder Location" of this document
