Importing files to LRC

Hi. I'm trying to set my import location to an original save location on my c drive named 2024 after for some reason my one drive started to be the import location and created its own 2024 folder. When I select the c drive 2024 folder when importing it wants to create its own 2024 folder within the original 2024 and in that the dated import. I just can't see how l can import wothout the sub folder being created. Any ideas?
