Importing from d0wnloaad file

I have win 11 on a Desktop. I do a lot of importing one at a time. Is there a quicker way to go to my download file from Lightroom import without having to go to WinC, users, name, then download file?

In other words,  can I go directly to download from import?

The small double-headed arrow next to the "Select a source" operates a pulldown. If you've used Downloads recently it will appear in this list.
