Importing Images into LR

Question

Lightroom is not importing all the images from a CFexpress card. Screen says Could not copy a file to the destination folder because it is not writable or there is not enough space. There is plenty of space on the computer. Any help be appreciated.

"Destination Folder is not writeable"

Please look at your Import dialog box and determine the Destination Folder (it may have been changed accidentally, so do not assume it is the folder you used previously), then go into your operating system and make sure you have write permission to that folder;

—OR—

in the LrC Import dialog box, change the Destination folder to some location where you know you have write permission.
