Question

Importing music files to create Video slideshow

Recent versions including latest version (7.3) will not import any music file. Have reported this issue to Adobe and await their response to fixing this bug. It causes LR to crash if attempting to load a music file of any type.

Version 7.0 is the only version that will not crash.

If experiencing this issue just go to Adobe Creative cloud, Apps,  and left click on drop down, other versions, and install 7.0. IT will then work as it should. Dont attempt to update LR until this ha been remedied.

Hope this helps clear up anyone else's concerns.

    Hi AlanJPhotography,

We're really sorry for all the trouble caused you. Have you tried turning off the Graphics Processor from the Lightroom preferences?

You can also, create a new Lightroom catalog and try using it and let us know if that helps to fix this issue. If you are on Windows platform the, please share the crash log from the event viewer so that we can find a root cause.

J'ai installé la version 7.0, mais le problème persiste sous IMac.

A chaque tentative, quelque soit le fichier musical présent sous Itunes, le message "fichier corrompu" apparait.
