Importing Presets

I have a pack of presets that use Color Fidelity in them as a profile. I imported the presets prior to importing the Color Fidelity profiles. The presets didn't import due to the color profile. I imported the Color Fidelity Profile and re tried importing the presets and it says Unable to import presets, all items were already imported. However, they're not imported and viewable on my presets tab! Any help would be much appreciated!

Another possibility is that you simply have to restart Lightroom. There is a known bug that presets that apply a profile, do not show if that profile is not installed. You noticed that and installed the profiles after the presets were installed. So now Lightroom may have to reload them all to show them properly.

If GoldingD's suggestion doesn't help, attach one of the presets here, and we can verify precisely which group it will appear in in the Preset panel and which profile it's referencing.

Manage those presets

You probably need to turn on/activate the desired presets
