Importing video files

Hello, in last lightroom classic cc version, i can't manage to import video files from my devices with i always be able to import...

i have a dynamic link issue, with all video files (mov/mp4 etc)

i tryed resintalling quicktime (i'm on windows, on wich it's not support anymore...) i tried to remove quicktime, nothing change, i'm can't manage to import videos files anymore...

i can't say exactly what i did, but by unsintall, then reinstall quicktime (that is not supported anymore by windows...) restart, then and again and again, i manage to import my videos files tonight....

i did manage too a week ago, i hope i won't have again the same issue, and then adobe find a solution for this.

never had this can of issue since video is support but with last version only...

Mine failed too. Looking across the web, this has been going on for years. This sucks. No solution from Adobe. Bizarre.

I had the same issue, + frustration. I know you tried this, but I uninstalled quicktime, and rebooted. I don't need quicktime.

It started working. Did you reboot after each unininstall/install?

From what I understand, something gets stuck in the pipe with that dynamic link business.

I tried everything. Itworks one weeks ago, but today after a trip impossible to import again videos files... I tried to remove, doing without QuickTime, reinstal reboot etc etc, but can't find a way to doing working videos files, as old imported work...
