Impossibilité d'ouvrir Lightroom Classic

Bonjour. Depuis quelques jours je n'arrive pas à ouvrir Lightroom Classic. Je paie mon abonnement, toutes les mises à jour sont faites. Mais quand je clique pour ouvrir, rien ne se passe, aucun message ne s'affiche. Merci pour votre aide !

Do you ever Restart your Windows PC. Not a Shutdown, but a restart such as occurs during a MS Windows update?

Have you restarted during this time that LrC is not working?

Give that a try. A Windows Restart will clear the Kernal and other items in memory. Perhaps something is wonky in the Kernal.

Bonjour,

Comme j'avais vraiment besoin de travailler sur mes photos, j'ai arrêté de chercher à ouvrir Lightroom Classic et j'ai travaillé avec Lightroom (simple), qui, lui, fonctionne.

Je suis sur le point d'acheter un nouvel ordinateur qui sera plus adapté à la photographie.

Merci pour votre aide. J'y reviendrai si, avec mon nouvel oridinateur, je n'arrive toujours pas à ouvrir Lightroom Classic.

Mais je ne vous cache pas que je suis très déçue de ne pas avoir réussi à l'ouvrir malgré mes nombreuses tentatives.

A simple solution from @Ian Lyons above:

"Try opening the folder containing your Lightroom Classic catalog. Find the file ending 'lrcat'. Double click on the 'lrcat' file. Normally, this should launch Lightroom Classic."

Please give this a try.

Check to see if there is an 'lrcat.lock' file in your Lightroom Classic folder. Delete the file if you find it, then try to relaunch the application.

Note that it's only file ending '.lock' that you delete.

Merci pour votre réponse. J'ai un fichier "Ircat-data", mais pas "Ircat.lock". Est-ce que je dois le supprimer?

No, do not delete anything except the .lock file.

However, since you don't have a .lock file, please provide basic information: Go the Help->System Info, copy the information there down to and including the LrC plugins and paste it into your response. We don't want and don't need and absolutely hate the information after the plugins.
