Bonjour,

The catalog may be corrupted, but your screenshot suggests it may be something else. All those green checkmarks on the icons suggest that this folder is synced to some cloud service. Maybe Apple iCloud, maybe something else. Having your catalog in a cloud synced folder is known for creating problems. Move your catalog folder out or disable the sync another way. See if that solves it.

Problems like this are more likely caused by a corrupt catalog or corrupt preferences than a corrupt application, so try this:

1: Move your catalog file out of its folder so Lightroom Classic can't find it. Does Lightroom Classic now start and show a screen that it doesn't know where the catalog is? If you create a (temporary) new catalog does it start completely?

2: Reset the Lightroom Classic preferences. Do so by removing the preferences if holding the key combo doesn't work. https://www.lightroomqueen.com/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/

Thank you for your answer!
I was able to reopen Lightroom Classic by moving the catalog out of its folder but I do need the catalog... I need to get back to where I was editing and to get back my presets and everything I've worked on for years. What can I do?

If it can help, here's a screenshot of what I found in the folder
