Impossible d'ouvrir LR Classic

Bonjour,

je ne parviens pas à ouvrir Lightroom Classic (sur PC Windows, plusieurs PC).

Aucun message d'erreur ne s'affiche.

J'ai supprimé à plusieurs reprises le fichier .lock.

J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé LR Classic. 

Sans effet.

Que devrais-je faire désormais svp ?

    As this is a Windows computer, And I will assume not an ancient version, probably Windows 10 or 11. Have you accomplished a Restart? Not a shutdown (due to the option of Fast Startup probably on by default) but a Restart.

    Bonjour,

    je vous remercie de votre réponse, et vous précise avoir bien effectué un redémarrage de mes 2 PC (l'un sous Windows 10 et l'autre sous Windows 11). Ce redémarrage a même été l'occasion d'installé des mises à jour.

    J'ajoute si cela est utile que je ne parviens plus à lancer LR Classic depuis une fermeture brutale du logiciel (liée à une batterie devenue vide).

    A battery low or out, was that for both computers? Are these laptops? If a laptop, do you now have a charged battery, and have you attempted to launch LrC again? A Windows Laptop with low power, similar to any MACOS laptop, could have throttled down the CPU and other components, and LrC might not launch sub power.
