Impossible d'ouvrir un catalogue après conversion de la version 11 à 12

Bonjour,

Il m'est impossible d'ouvrir un catalogue après conversion de la version 11 à 12. La conversion se fait puis le logiciel plante à l'ouverture, je suis obligé de forcer à quitter ( "Lightroom Classic ne répond pas").

J'ai desinstaller et réinstallé Lightroom sans succès.

Je suis sur mac Big Sur.

Une idée?

I understand. In this case, use the Creative Cloud desktop app to install Lightroom Classic v11. Check this for help: https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/using/install-previous-version.html

 

Once you install the previous Lightroom Classic & duplicate the catalog from Lightroom v11 & then update Lightroom Classic to v12 again & upgrade/import the duplicated catalog we just created using Lightroom v11.

Welcome to the Lightroom Classic Community. I'll help you with this.

 

Where do you store your catalog? Internal drive or an external drive?

Copy the primary Catalog in question and place it on your desktop.

  • Press the OPT (macOS) when launching Lightroom Classic.
  • Choose the option to create a new catalog and create a new one on the internal drive.

 

  • In the new Catalog, head to File > Import from Another Catalog, as shown below.

 

Proceed with merging the (potentially) corrupted Catalog into the newly made, internal storage-based Catalog.

Hello Sameer and thank you for your help.

 I have just try as you explain but that do not work. I have this message when I try to merge the old catalog with the new one "Lightroom ne peut pas importer depuis ce catalogue.
Le catalogue n'est pas un catalogue Lightroom valide."
