In Lightroom Classic 13.01, three-dot popup menu (in masks) pops up in the secondary monitor

I am using two monitors (the second monitor is the library), Lightroom Classic 13.01. The three-dot popup menu (in masks section, for example) pops up in the secondary monitor, not in the primary monitor next to the Masks section. It only started happening recently. How do I get that popup menu to stay in the same monitor (main monitor) where the Mask and tools are located? Is this a bug?
