Although followed all the steps as stated:

"To watermark images within the Book module in Lightroom Classic, you'll need to create a watermark in the Watermark Editor and then enable it within the Book module's page setup. First, create the watermark (text or graphic) in the Watermark Editor, then in the Book module, go to Page Setup and activate the watermark option"

Hey, @inath68. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll move your post to the Lightroom Classic Community.

Lightroom Classic does not directly have a Watermark function in the book module. However, you can create a graphic watermark and apply that graphic globally from the Background Section in the book module.

You can also add your Copyright info as a caption in the metadata of your images, use the Edit Auto Layout preset, and enable the following options.

Let me know if this helps. Thanks!

Dear @Sameer K , thanks for your reply, however as mentioned, actually looking on why the watermark option not showing although I'm following all the steps as mentioned:

@inath68  Where are you reading those instructions? If it is AI generated, then it is wrong.

As stated by @Sameer K  There is no (easy) watermark function in the Book Module. Only a Graphic page background, or as Photo Text.

If you want a 'watermark' to appear on every image, then you will need to Export all photos suitable for the book to a folder (Add to catalog). Then use these photos for the book creation.
