Inata360 Import will not show any pictures nor video on Mac (15.4.1) on Lightroom 14.2

Question

At my Mac using the latest Lightroom when I plug in Insta 360 Ace Pro in usb-drive mode the import dialog will not show up any pictures at all.. While the Finder shows up all pictures and I can copy these to my raw file folders and later import these into Lightroom I find this very annoying. Obviously the lightroom dialog seems to be buggy..

Adobe prefers that users select the files as opposed to devices in the import screen. The device option can fail for some devices.
