Após intalar, pede pra fazer upgrade do catálogo e simplesmente processa e não faz. Alguém me ajuda?

What makes you conclude that it does not do it? What does (not) happen? Please note that Lightroom Classic 14 does not rename the upgraded catalog, so if your catalog is still called 'Lightroom Catalog V13-3' or something like that, then this does not mean that the upgrade failed.
