Install Profiles Not Showing Up In LR Profile Browser or Camera Raw profile browser

I purchased sever profile packs from Cobalt. These require base packs which I also purchased and installed (for my specific cameras).

I installed the Cobalt profiles with no error message. I open a raw file taken with a camera I installed the base pack for. But the Cobal Film Emulation Profile do not show up in the profile browser.

I checked via the manage profiles if it is hidden. It does not even appear in the list of profiles inside the manage profile window.

Any tips on what to do? I checked the profile folders in LR and I can see the Cobalt Film emulation profile in the directory.

    Contact Cobalt. They should know and they should have customer support.

    I did. The person who was helping via email said he tried it on his Mac and it works. No further pointers other than uninstall and reinstall which I have done at least 3 times.

    Go back to them and insist they do more to try to help you.
