The only way to activate Lr 6 at this time is to use the "offline activation procedure". See https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/lightroom-6-on-a-new-pc/m-p/14638713#M580921

Not clear what you are trying to do.

You cannot update Lightroom 5 to Lightroom 6.14. You can download Lightroom 5 from https://prodesigntools.com/lightroom-5-ddl-comparison-vs-lr4.html.

You can download Lightroom 6.14 from https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-lightroom-6-cc-direct-download-links.html but you can't use it if you have a serial number for Lightroom 5.

The best option for getting the latest version of Lightroom 5 would be at the website available at the link below.

https://prodesigntools.com

However it's been several years since Adobe ceased the sale of Lightroom license keys for Lightroom 6 and even if you were able to obtain one the next hurdle would be to register and activate an installation.

You can download 6.14 from https://prodesigntools.com/adobe-lightroom-6-cc-direct-download-links.html However, as has already been pointed out, you will need a Serial Number.
