Installing Lightroom/Photoshop CC on multiple systems

I am very new to Photoshop and Lightroom.  Mostly, I use my HP Computer System however I also have a Surface Pro 3 tablet.  I didn't know if I have to pay a separate license to use this on my tablet (which is a full i7 processor vs. iPad type tablet).  I like to take this with me when I travel and would like to be able to load up to the tablet and let it sync to my PC when I get home/docked.

Thank you.

Jerry

You are allowed to have Lightroom and Photoshop installed on two computers for your personal use. But you cannot expect to have the computers synced. That is not a feature of Lightroom. You can sync collections from one computer and then from the other when you can go to Lightroom.adobe.com and sign in with your Adobe ID and password and have access to those synced collections. You can edit them and those edits will have effect on the "master" computer. You can also have Lightroom Mobile on mobile devices and have access to these collections from your phone or tablet using iOS or android operating systems.
