Installing Plugins With LR Classics

For the past 5-10 years i used Luminar NEO and Nik Collection. They have always popped up when i right click and choose "edit in:" 

But not now. I have tried to reinstall them 3 times. 

Eventually i find Luminar Neo under "plugins" but it's so much better to have it under "edit in"
