Internal error on startup, Gallery synchronization stuck in starting

I am getting the attached internal error upon startup of Lightroom every time.  I believe this started occurring after I upgraded to 13.0 however I also upgraded my OS to Sonoma 14.1.1 about the same time.

After hitting okay, I am able to import, edit, export, etc with no noticable issues. The one thing I am seeing though is Gallery Synnchornization is stuck in a starting state. I'm on a Macbook pro M1 w/16GB of memory.

Anyone see this or have suggestions? Thanks in advance for any info you can share.
