Invalid Publish Services are impossible to remove

OS: Windows 10 Pro 21H2 (19044.2728)

Adobe Photoshop Lightroom Classic

Steps to reproduce:

1.) Import catalog from a different computer that has a plug installed

2.) Make sure that plugin is not installed on new catalog and does not exist for download to install (Assume plugin has been lost due to data loss and no longer available)

Result:

Invalid publish services show up with (missing plug-in): <collection name>

Try to rename collection: greyed out so cannot rename

Try to delete the collection: Can't delete the published collection(s). An internal error has occur. ?:0 attempt to index field 'publishSettings' (a nil value)

Try to edit collection: Same error as deleting if picking remove

Try to edit collection: This public connection cannot be saved because it is not setup properly. Don't Save keeps the invalid collection, Go Back and Make Changes does nothing.

Right-click the publish service in the Publish Services panel (not one of its collections) and do Delete Publish Service:

Your plugin is by Jeffrey Friedl. Therefore, you'd best ask him how to remove the invalid items. I've provided a link to his website below.
