iPhone ProRaw Images - Develop, Standard Preview and Export images not the same

iPhone 12 Pro MaxApple Pro Raw and HEIC imagesiOS 17.1.1Lightroom v9.0.1 Mac Mini M1  Sonoma 14.1LrC 13.0.1Camera Raw 16When viewing the images in the library module, the preview does not update from the developed image.When exported, the image does not have the edits applied.This only happens on iPhone native camera images.

Your first screenshot gives me an impression that you are applying the HDR Treatment. In the Histogram, notice that red circle, bottom right, A bit hard to see on this iPad, but are you in HDR Treatment? I cannot clearly read what is in the History Panel, but it appears to not include a Treatment. But if you did click on that HDR options, what is indicated if you click on that red circle?
