Is AdobePreRelease.com Down?

Is Adobe Prerelease currently down? I get the login screen, then after entering my credentials I just get the thinking graphic (four alternating squares) and nothing ever loads.

    Do you know if its a planned outage? And if so when it'll be up again?

    I know Adobe has taken some of their servers off line for 'planned' service and that should be back up by end of day but I don't know how long that will take to filter down to us peons
