Is anyone else having an issue with importing photos in LRC? it will only import like 10-20 photos at a time before it crashes.

LRC will only import 10-20 ( sometimes more sometimes less as low as 5 and high as 40) pictures at a time before it either crashes my whole computer or just LRC itself. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both LRXC and the graphics card. I have tried creating a new catalog and still crashes. I have the latest updated version of Adobe and graphics card drivers. Also, it leaves behind some temporary files in the folder I am trying to import them too. I am out of ideas and LRC is for the most part unusable.  If you have encountered these issues, have you been able to fix them and what did you do to fix it?

    Please paste the system info into a new post as text (not a screenshot), and include everything.
    There is important info missing in your screenshot.

    As previously requested, please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.

    If your whole computer crashes, this is almost always a hardware error or a bad driver. Update all drivers. You probably ought to run diagnostics on your computer (all components including the cooling system).

     

    Please provide the information from Help->System Info. Also please tell us how much space is free on each of your disks, and indicate which disk LrC is supposed to place the imported files on.

    I tried this and it still didn’t work. I was on a chat with one of your agents and still didn’t get fixed. They wrote me up for level 2 support but have not heard from them.

    Please be specific. What did you try? Several things were suggested.
