Is Lightroom Classic CC MOBILE separate then DESKTOP?

I'm super confused and can't find this answer anywhere, but do you have to pay for the 2 versions??? I have the mobile version and I want to edit on desktop but its asking me to pay again, so is it because I have to sign up for the desktop version?

    Lightroom CC for mobile can be bought via two ways, one with a Creative Cloud subscription and other using the Play Store/App Store.

    Which one did you opted for?

    However, if you're a Creative Cloud subscriber the trial message on your desktop can be sorted following the step mentioned in this article: Stop Adobe Creative Cloud from opening in trial mode after purchase

    I purchased Lightroom CC for mobile through the creative cloud, but my question is, does the monthly fee include Lightroom Desktop?

    There are two options available at $9.99. Per month.

    a. Adobe Lightroom CC (web based) with 1TB storage on Creative Cloud a/c.

    b. Photography plan includes, Adobe Lightroom CC (web based) with 25GB storage on Creative Cloud  a/c, Adobe Lightroom Classic CC (desktop based) and Adobe Photoshop CC.

    Addition storage available $10 per TB per Month in either plan.
