Is there a way to manually update a catalogue from v13.3 to v13.4?

I have a LrC catalogue that updated to v13.4, but it only contained some of the folders in the catalogue.  I deleted it and started using the v13.3 again.  But now I would like to update the catalogue to v13.4.  Is there a way to perform the update manually?

There is no catalog upgrade when you go from 13.3 to 13.4. The upgrade from 13.2 to 13.3 was an exception to the rule that there is only an upgrade when you go from x.0 to y.0, not when there is a point update.
