Is there still an issue about no Exif data on Lightroom mobile imports?

I uploaded images from my Canon using the Canon Remote app and Lightroom Mobile shows no Exif data. When it syncs, lightroom on my PC does not show exif data either. However, all photos from the iPhone do show exif data.
