Issue in External Editing in Photoshop from Lightroom Classic

Hi, i have an issue in my LR C, usualy i edit my photos here and many times i right click a photo and choose "edit in on photoshop" (btw i have the last version 23.5), and never had a problem with that. But recently i instaled the photoshop beta from creative cloud, to try some new features from the neural filters, and from there i begun to have my issue, because everytime a try to "edit in on photoshop" from my LR C, by default it launch the photoshop beta instead of the normal photoshop. So i uninstal the photoshop beta and now the menu in the LR C, when i try to "edit in on photoshop" is on grey color and i can't select it, although i have my photoshop instaled.

How to i solve this? Because i usualy use this a lot of time.

In a first step please try resetting the preferences of Lightroom Classic:   https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-classic/help/setting-preferences-lightroom.html

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

Another try is to reinstall Photoshop from the CC Desktop Client.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 5 - Topaz Photo

I have the same issue...

In essence this means that you cant use both the release version of PS and the beta on the same machine (without a workaround, see below)... not a good strategy.

"Reset Preferences" is a sledgehammer, you need the ability to reset the specific preference causing the problem, not everything.

Lightroom needs an option to set (or select) on the fly which version of PS to use.

Worksround: If PS 24.0 is already open, then opening a file from lightroom (ctrl+E) works correctly (opens in 24.0).
