Issue loading PPL Plugin within Lightroom Classic

Question

I am using Lightroom Classic (latest v. 14.3.1) on Windows 11 machine.  I just purchased a Pixma Pro-200s to replace my older Pro-100.  I have installed the printer and I can use it with the Lightroom Print Module.  I am trying to use the Canon Professional Print & Layout Plugin.  I have downloaded and installed the latest software (v. 1.6) and it recognizes the plugin, but when I run it, it shows "Opening Professional Print & Layout" and then stops and doesn't load it.  It will recognize and run the plugin within Photoshop.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both PPL and Lightroom without success.  Any thoughts on how to get it working?

Hi, thanks for reaching out! Could you confirm if you're trying to print wirelessly or if the printer is connected to your computer using a cable? If you're trying to print wirelessly, have you checked if plugging the printer into your computer makes a difference?
