Issue moving files in Library Module (11.4)

I move file locations within LR, creating new folders and moving the files using one of two functions.  I will right click on a folder in the Library Module and select "Create folder inside "xxx"" or "Move selected photo to this folder".  With the recent 11.4 release, the process has not been working completely.  It will move files but then leave "ghosts" in the original folder and sometimes not show the files in the folder to which they were moved.  The files were actually moved and so the only workaround is to reimport the affected the folders and delete the "ghosts" from the original (from) folder.

I rolled back to 11.3.1 and have no issues.
