Issue with Export in Lightroom Classic on Mac (Causing spinning color wheel)

Question

Running a MAC, M1. Ventura 13.0 (up to date). When opening lightroom today, I was forced to update my catalog, since then when I export (Im talking 3-10 photos) to the internal SSD hard drive, when I hit export, it pauses and then I get the spinning color wheel for about 3-5 minutes and then the export finally begins to process. This never happened before today.

UPDATE:  After more trial and error, I realized that it was the WATERMARK causing the issue upon export in Version 12.01 and Version 12 of Lightroom Classic.  When I removed the watermark in both those versions, the export was lightning speed.  I even tried creating a new watermark and that did not work.Unfortunately I reverted back to Version 11.5 but now all is working as intended (thankfully). Export is super fast with my watermark!This clearly is a bug in the new versions of Lightroom Classic
