Issues with Cloning and Masking

I've been having several issues today with Lightroom Classic v14.4 (Apple silicon/Intel). I'm running it on a 2021 Macbook Pro (16GB Memory and Apple M1 Pro Chip) with the Sequoia 15.6 operating system. My computer and Lightroom are both up to date and this issue began randomly today, but it's been slowing down my workflow and in many cases stopping it entirely.

The first issue is with masking: when I try to brush on part of an image, the mask tool freezes entirely and will basically freeze my LR program entirely. I'm unable to close the mask window and adjust any other setting after I've used the tool. I tried to use the masking brush to adjust part of an image and then I was unable to click any setting nor close the window. This happens on almost every image.

The second issue is with cloning/spot healing/etc. I've attached a screen recording of the cloning issue. It's been happening with the detect mode cloning aspect, spot clone, and healing brush. I'll go to brush over a section in my photo and/or I'll click a section, and the selection will immediately disappear without affecting the image. There's no way to use any of these tools, which I need for my work.

I've also had issues with going between photos in develop; with develop settings being resistant to changes and then freezing (for example, trying to change the WB to 5500 and everytime I enter that, having it revert back to the original immediately while flashing or jump to the highest WB possible in LR); with the entire interface being inacessible and unresponsive to clicking (while the rest of my computer is fine and LR in my toolbar and view shows "no issue").

I do all my work in this program and have client deadlines I cannot miss; I'm unsure why this is happening but need any fix!

1. "Library Path: /Users/hannahnicole/Desktop/Editing/Abby & Kyle for Han /Abby & Kyle for Han .lrcat"

Have you enabled Icloud to sync your Mac's Desktop with Icloud? Syncing catalogs with cloud services can create problems for LR.

2. Restart your computer. If the problem persists, try resetting LR's preferences:
https://www.lightroomqueen.com/articles-page/how-do-i-reset-lightrooms-preferences/

LR sometimes soils its preferences file, and resetting it can fix all sorts of wonky behavior. That article explains how to restore the old preferences if resetting doesn't help.

As a first step, please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running and important LR options that are set.
