Issues with Lightroom Classic and Photoshop

Need help.

I have the HP Pavilion. 12Ram, AMD Radeon Rx Vega graphics card and am having multiple issues with Lightroom Classic and Photoshop. I have looked through the community and not been able to find answers.

I am thinking I may need to update my system. I am running into my mouse freezing up. Lightroom not responding, not being able to access Photoshop from Lightroom, extremely slow response time and sometimes completely locking up. Do I need to update system?

    Please paste a copy of your 'System Info' to the forum. You can obtain same from the LrC Help > System Info menu item.
