Issues with LRC always crashing and need to restart when I import files as well as editing.

Lightroom classic has to restart frequently when I import files, editing. Denoise takes 20 minutes and resulting file is very dark and unusable. I am using it on a new laptop Lenovo slim 7 windows 11 12th gen intel core i7-12700 2.3 Ghz RAM 16 GB, 1TB HD. Help!

We’ve reviewed the email address you use with this forum and find no crash reports in our system.

 

Did you see a crash dialog?

Do you use a different email address when filling out the crash report?

Was the crash dialog Adobe’s? Microsoft’s? Apple’s?

Frequent crashing is either a bad/corrupted/out-of-date driver, or a hardware malfunction. Please update all of your drivers, and run diagnostics on your hardware.

Please do the LR menu command Help > System Info and copy/paste the entire contents here so we can see exactly which versions of hardware and software LR thinks you're running.
