what do you see when opening lrc?

Bonjour I'm unable to open Lightroom CC and Lightroom.
Can you help me? I find it complicated, as I'm a novice. If I can't solve my problem, please...thank you.

Did this software ever work properly? Please tell us the version NUMBER of your operating system, and the exact make and model CPU and GPU you have.

By the way, there is no Lightroom CC. You are using Lightroom Classic in the screen captures above.
