JPEG Image sizing in the export dialog box is limited to 23 PPI?

I am completely baffled by this one.  I am using a iMac 27 2020 and lately for whatever reaon when I am using the export dialog box in Lightroom CC I am limited to only 23ppi for JPEG.  I never had this problem before.  I could always adjust the PPI to 240 or 300 and so on but now for the last couple of months I cannot make any adjustments to PPI over 23 ppi.  Now I export in the original raw format, then use Photoshop to convert the files to JPEG's

I would appreciate any help on this one

You could try resetting the LrC preference file as described in Method 1 of below linked Adobe Help document. Doing so often resolves odd behaviour in LrC.

It works fine for me on MacOS 12.6.7 and LrC 12.4.  It would help if you would post a screen clip as follows.

Sorry, I see you already posted the clip.  I agree with Ian.  A Preference reset is probably needed.

Please indicate which version of Lightroom Classic you are using the version number and also the version number of your macOS operating system.

Also post a screen shot of your Export dialog so the options you have chosen are displayed which is restricting your PPI output.
