Kan RAW files van Lumix DMC-TZ100 niet importeren

Heb net LR 2015.12 en Raw Converter 9.12 aangekocht en geînstaleerd.

Bij het importeren van RAW bestanden uit de Lumix DMC-TZ100 krijg ik geen voorvertoningen te zien in het import scherm, LR is duidelijk aan het werk met het importeren maar op het einde krijg ik de boodschap " kan het bestand niet naar de doelmap verplaatsen omdat het niet beschrijfbaar is of omdat er onvoldoende vrije ruimte is".

Voor alle duidelijkheid:

- er is genoeg harde schijf ruimte aanwezig
- een import van Canon 5D MKIII RAW bestanden is wel gelukt

MAAR

één RAW import van Lumix DMC - GH4 lukt ook niet meer, terwijl in LR 5.7 ik er geen enkel probleem mee heb.

Het eigenaardigste is dat ik met Fastview de RAW bestanden wel kan bekijken.

Graag een oplossing ajb.

Technically, you can't "purchase" LR CC 2015.12, you purchase LR CC 2015, install that, and then update to LR CC 2015.12.

So you need to confirm the version number that you have: go to Help->System Info and tell us the version NUMBER of Lightroom that is currently installed. Do not use words like "up-to-date", we need the version NUMBER.

OK, more information about the problem:
1. I have the latest version of Lightroom

2. Lightroom recognize both the Lumix when connected, Lightroom import the pictures but there are no previews visible:

3. At the end of the "import process" this error message is shown:

This shows clearly that the Lumix RAW files (RW2) are detected.
As mentioned earlier: there is enough hard disk space for those 17 picures and importing pictures from Canon doesn't give any problems.

Hope this helps to find a solution.

dj_paige, don't understand what you mean. First message was in dutch, second one in English.
As far as I know the the Lightroom version are both identical in both languages.
