Keep Plugins Open?

I ofetn use three or four plugins on an image and it is very time consuming for them to launch each time they are called. Is there any way to have the plugins remain open and active instead of shutting down after each edit?

The plugins need to be implemented to have the capability of staying open (which can be difficult, because LR has nasty bugs with such plugins that are difficult to work around).

To which plugins are you referring?
