KeyWord Sets

I'm trying to Edit a custom Keyword Set.  I have LR Classic 14.2.  I try to edit the nine slots for my custom Keyword set, and appear to accomplish it, but if i switch to another Keyword Set and then return to my Edited Keyword Set, the original nine options are appearing again.
