KI Entrauschen funktioniert mit .arw Dateien nicht hat mit .raf keine Probleme

Hallo,

Ich habe das Problem, dass Lightroom Classic Version 13.4 (Camera RAW Version 16.4) beim KI Entrauschen von .arw Dateien (Sony) mit unbekannter Fehler abstürzt ( Screenshot.png) bzw., dass ich KI Entrauschen auf .arw Dateien nicht anwenden kann. Es wird auch kein Vorschaubild erstellt (Screenshot2.png).

Mit .raf (Fuji) hat das KI Entrauschen hingegen kein Problem.

Ich benutze einen Windows 10 Rechner

Kann mir jemand bei der Behebung des Fehlers helfen?

In a first step you should try to reset the Lightroom preferences.

It's recommended to backup your preferences before you reset the preferences to the default settings:

If this doesn't help we need more informations about your environment.

Please provide also a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the LrC Help > System Info menu item. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

Do you have the problem with all .arw - files or only with the one?
