KI Funktion fehlerhaft

Hallo, hat noch jemand massive Probleme mit der KI Funktion? Bei mir ist seit Wochen keine durchgängige Bearbeitung von Bildern möglich, seit dem ich das letzte Update geladen habe. Meist geht es in der ersten halben Stunde. Danach geht meist nicht mal mehr Fusseln zu entfernen. Großflächige Entfernung geht gar nicht mehr.

    Hallo, bei mir zeigt LR seit 2 Tagen das es Fehler bei KI Aufzeichnungen gibt und diese nicht gespeichert werden können, was kann ich tun. zudem lässt sich das Feld nur schwer und mühsam wegblicken.

    Hey, @Annett_Schumacher1082. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. Please share the system info from Lightroom Classic from Help > System info > Copy and paste into a text document > Upload and attach here. 

     

    Have you recently updated the OS? As primary steps, try this:

    • Unplug additional displays & use only one by default.
    • Monitor the Activity Monitor for any unexpected read-and-write operations. 
    • Go to Lightroom Classic > Preferences > Performance > Use Graphics Processor > Set it off if it is on Custom or Auto. If this shows any differences, please check this article to troubleshoot further: https://adobe.ly/3uYiJo4.
    • Ensure Lightroom Classic has the required permissions on the macOS: https://adobe.ly/4b8lTpV
