Kompatibilitätsproblem mit älteren XMP-Dateien

Ich nutze die neuste Version von Lightroom Classic und musste mir eine neue Bibliothek anlegen.

Beim Importieren der Nikon NEF-Dateien mit XMP-Dateien musste ich feststellen, dass in der neuen Bibliothek die dazumal (ab 2022) getätigte Bildbearbeitung inkl. Bewertung nicht übernommen wurde.

Auch ein nachträgliches Einlesen der Metadaten über (Metadaten / Metadaten aus Datei lesen) hat nicht weitergeholfen.

Ich wäre froh, wenn man dieses Problem lösen könnte. Ansonsten habe ich seit 2022 all meine Bildbearbeitungen und Bewertungen verloren.

    Open one of the .xmp files with a text editor, and see if the information you think should be in there are actually in there. They will be plain text, such as 

     

       crd:Saturation="4"

     

    Also, why did you have to create a new catalog? If your catalog was corrupted, you could certainly restore a recent backup of your catalog file and not lose any edits that way.

    Attach here one of the older .xmp files that’s not importing correctly (use the paperclip button at the bottom of the reply window).
