La ultima actualización de Lightroom no funciona.

No consigo que funcione la versión V12.3 de Lightroom, cuando la abro, se cierra, no hay manera, he probado de todo. Cuando vuelvo a la versión anterior, no hay problema, todo funciona bien. Uso un Macbook Pro del 2018. Alguien tiene el mismo problema?
