Latest Lightroom Classic (v14.0) Will Not Backup

I have just upgraded to Lightroom Classic v14.0. When I quit the program and get the prompt to backup I try to backup. But it will not backup. I get a box stating that Lightroom can't backup.

This is happening on both my MacBook Pro and Mac Pro. Both computers are running macOS 14.7 Sonoma.

Is anybody else experencing this?

Thanks.

@mackenrow1 @Stan Burman what is the exact unedited word-for-word error message?

dj_paige, I apologize. I should have taken a screenshotof the message. I didn't. It was a small window that said the file could not be backed up. It gave me some choices of which only the Cancel button worked.

I've backed up on both Mac (14.7) and Win 10 22H2 with no issues this week. One catalog has had multiple backups since 14.0. Can you provide additional information about location of backups, disk configuration, etc?

Thank you for your reply.
Windows 11 Pro 23H2
Lightroom Classic is installed on the C drive, NEF files are stored on the O drive HDD, and the catalog is stored on the USB SSD M drive.
I have multiple backups of 14.0.
When I tried to back up the catalog after closing Lightroom Classic, an error occurred saying that I did not have access rights and I was unable to save it.

I've been using it since I took on the role of Creative Cloud, but this is the first time I've seen this happen.

I am using Windows 11 Pro with a Ryzen 5900X, but I encountered the same issue and reverted to the previous version.
