Latest update for LR & VCRUNTIME140_1.DIL

Hi, I am having problems getting LR CC to work since the latest LR Update, and get a pop up saying that i need  VCRUNTIME140_1.DIL , does anyone know how a get a safe download of this, i am working on windows 7 home premium, 64 bit, it has been a great working system , now i cannot open LR at all.  I never wanted windows 10 as everyone said it was not good so i stuck with  what worked well.  Can anyone help with info on what i need to do, to get LR working again,  Thank you so much in advance.  M
